How long can I book for?

A few nights up to a few months, depending on the place. Direct bookings at Okushibu Residence in Shibuya start at one month; Atami and Chigasaki have no minimum. See each property for details.

Can I extend once I'm here?

Usually yes, as long as the place is still free. Tell us as early as you can.

Can I book several months ahead?

Yes. Most long stays are booked three to six months out.

How much does it cost?

Rates change with the season, so live pricing sits on each property's booking page rather than here. Open the property you want, check your dates, or ask us.

What's included?

Everything - Wi-Fi, utilities, bed linen and the end-of-stay cleaning are all in the rate.

Are there extra fees?

No key money, no guarantor, no agency fee. The add-ons are a pet fee if you bring a dog, an extra-guest fee above the base number at Atami and Chigasaki, and a fee for late check-out. Each property page lists them under House rules.
